Terms and licence

Who you buy from

FRONTROW and FRONTROW Galerie are made by neverskipbreakfast studio and sold by WX Company Limited (World of Experience), Bangkok, Thailand. Payments are processed by Stripe, where the seller is shown as World of Experience. Questions: hello@neverskipbreakfast.com.

Your licence

• Your licence is lifetime: it does not expire, and the version you received keeps working on your store for as long as you use it.
• Each licence covers one live Shopify store. Development, staging and preview copies of that store are included.
• You may edit the code, styles and settings for that store.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away the theme or any part of it, or use it on another live store without buying another licence.
• The theme stays our work. A licence lets you use it; it doesn't transfer ownership or copyright.
• The demo images in the theme are placeholders for setting up your store. Replace them with your own before you launch.
• GSAP, used by the Galerie edition, is included under its own free standard licence.

Updates

• When we release a new version of the theme you bought, it's free for you. We'll email it to the address you bought with, or make it available to download.
• Whether we release updates, how often, and what they contain is our decision. We don't promise particular features, fixes, dates, or compatibility with future changes Shopify makes to its platform.
• We may stop updating or selling a theme at any time. Your licence to keep using the version you have is not affected.
• Installing an update is up to you. Updates may change or remove features; keep a copy of your current theme before you install one.

Delivery

After payment we email the theme ZIP and the install guide to the address you paid with, usually within 24 hours. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then email us.

Support

We help by email with installing the theme, its settings and anything in the current version that doesn't work as described. Custom development, third-party apps, changes you have made to the code and older versions are not included. We aim to reply within two working days.

Refunds

If the theme doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we refund you in full when you ask within 14 days of purchase. When you pay, you ask us to deliver the files straight away; because a downloaded theme can't be returned, a purchase can't be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind once the files have been delivered. To ask for a refund, email us with your order details.

Warranty and liability

We test the theme carefully, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, data or profits from using it, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that applied when you bought stay in force for that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; FRONTROW is not made or endorsed by Shopify.
